1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (the "Customer," "you") and GoCSM Innovations Private Limited (trading as "LCBridge") ("LCBridge," "we," "us"), the provider of the Service, and govern your access to and use of the DocuSign Integration (also "SignBridge," the "Service"). By installing, connecting, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is an integration that runs inside the HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) CRM and connects your DocuSign account to your CRM. It lets you send agreements for signature, keep signing status current on your contacts, follow up on stalled agreements with reminder messages, file completed documents into your CRM's media library, and — where you enable it — advance a linked opportunity's pipeline stage on completion. To use it, you connect your own DocuSign and HighLevel accounts via OAuth, and the Service calls those platforms on your behalf to perform these actions.

3. Eligibility & account responsibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and maintain valid, active DocuSign and HighLevel accounts in good standing. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and connections and for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and content of the agreements and messages you send, and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents (including recipients' consent to be contacted and to transact electronically) to send them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

You are responsible for your compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms when using the Service. We may suspend access to protect the Service, our users, or the platforms we integrate with.

5. Third-party services & dependencies

The Service depends on third-party platforms and APIs — principally DocuSign and HighLevel, and, where enabled, other providers described in our Privacy Policy — that we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and agreements with them. We are not responsible or liable for those third parties, including their availability, downtime, deprecations, rate-limit or pricing changes, security, or the data they hold, and any of these may affect how the Service works. The Service does not replace your DocuSign or HighLevel subscriptions, which you must obtain separately.

6. No affiliation & trademarks

LCBridge is an independent integration. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by DocuSign or HighLevel. "DocuSign" is a trademark of DocuSign, Inc.; "HighLevel," "GoHighLevel," and "LeadConnector" are trademarks of their respective owners. All other marks are the property of their respective owners, and our reference to them is nominative and does not imply any endorsement or partnership. Except for the limited license in Section 9, nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our or any third party's trademarks.

7. Electronic signatures & legal validity

LCBridge is not the electronic-signature provider. DocuSign is the electronic-signature service that generates signatures, signer authentication, audit trails, and certificates of completion. The legal validity, admissibility, and enforceability of any envelope, signature, or agreement — and compliance with the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA, and any other applicable e-signature, consumer-disclosure, or record-retention laws (including obtaining each signer's consent to transact electronically and their intent to sign) — are the responsibility of DocuSign and of you and your signers as the transacting parties, not LCBridge.

LCBridge is a workflow and tracking tool only. We do not provide legal advice, do not warrant that any agreement is valid or enforceable, and are not a party to the agreements you send. You are responsible for the content of your agreements and for determining their sufficiency for your purposes.

8. Fees, billing & refunds

Fees, billing terms, and any free trial for paid plans are presented to you at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change pricing or introduce paid features on prospective notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders; Paddle handles billing, customer-service inquiries, and returns. Your DocuSign and HighLevel subscriptions are billed separately by those providers and are not covered by these Terms.

9. Intellectual property & license

The Service, and all software, branding, documentation, and related materials, are and remain the property of LCBridge and its licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes for the term of your use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, without obligation to you.

10. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we act as a processor of personal data on your behalf, our processing is also governed by our Data Processing Addendum, available on request, which incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. You are responsible, as the controller, for having a lawful basis and all necessary consents for the data you route through the Service.

11. Service availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided without any uptime guarantee or service-level commitment unless separately agreed in writing. We may modify, add, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or impose usage limits, and we may need to do so to accommodate changes in the platforms we integrate with. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material degradation of core functionality for active paid customers.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

13. Limitation of liability

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LCBridge and its affiliates and personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the agreements, messages, content, and data you send or process through the Service; (b) your contacts' and signers' personal data and your instructions regarding it; (c) your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any third-party rights; or (d) your breach of your agreements with DocuSign or HighLevel.

15. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using and disconnect or uninstall the Service at any time, which revokes its access to your connected accounts. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, use the Service abusively, fail to pay, or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, the Service's access to your connected accounts is revoked, and your data is deleted in accordance with the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 7, and 12–17) survive termination.

16. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and, where applicable, by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@lcbridge.app; we will try to resolve it with you for at least 30 days.

17. Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (identification of the work and material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature) to hello@lcbridge.app. We may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LCBridge regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Notices to you may be provided within the Service or by email; notices to us should be sent to the contact below.
