Refund Policy

LCBridge is an independent, third-party integration. DocuSign and HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) are trademarks of their respective owners; LCBridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by them.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to the DocuSign Integration (also "SignBridge," the "Service") provided by LCBridge. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. It applies to fees you pay to LCBridge for the Service. It does not apply to fees you pay to DocuSign or HighLevel for their own products, which are billed by, and refundable only under the policies of, those providers.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund that payment in full. This guarantee applies once per customer and covers your initial paid subscription.

After the 14-day money-back window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and the following applies:

3. Cancellation is not the same as a refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. A refund returns money you have already paid. Cancelling on its own does not automatically trigger a refund of a past payment — to request one, use the process in Section 6 within the applicable window.

4. Purchases through the HighLevel App Marketplace

If you purchased the Service through the HighLevel App Marketplace, HighLevel's App Marketplace Refund Policy governs that transaction. We honor refund terms that are no less favorable to you than that policy, and our 14-day money-back guarantee above applies in addition, as our developer-specified terms. Where the Service is billed outside the marketplace ("external payment processing"), refunds are handled directly by LCBridge under this policy. In all cases we aim for full parity: you receive at least the protection the marketplace policy provides, plus our guarantee.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@lcbridge.app from the email associated with your account and include your account or sub-account (location) identifier, the plan, and the date of the payment. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval (your bank or card network may take additional time to post it). If you purchased through the HighLevel App Marketplace, we may direct you to, or coordinate with, HighLevel to complete the refund.

7. Free trials

Where we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to your first payment.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we will make it right faster than a dispute can. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your access pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
