Website privacy policy
This policy explains what happens when you visit lcbridge.app: what we collect, which outside services see your visit, why, and how to switch it off. Each product has its own notice for the data it handles once you install it.
The short version
- Every page loads RB2B, which tries to match a visit to a business profile so we can follow up with interested companies.
- The Google Sheets campaign page loads the Meta pixel to measure and improve our Meta ads.
- Every page loads Google Analytics to count visits and button clicks. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland it sets no cookies until you choose Allow analytics.
- Forms and booking calendars are run by HighLevel (LeadConnector) and receive what you type.
- Choose Your privacy choices → Keep analytics off in the footer, or send a Global Privacy Control signal, to stop RB2B, the Meta pixel and Google Analytics in that browser.
- We do not sell personal information for money. Some of the tracking above may count as "selling" or "sharing" under US state privacy laws, and you can opt out of it.
1. Who we are and what this covers
LC Bridge ("we", "us") runs lcbridge.app, including its product pages, guides, documentation, and forms. This policy covers visitors to that website.
It does not cover data processed inside our products once you connect them. Those are covered by the DocuSign integration privacy policy and the Google Sheets integration privacy notice. Other websites we link to, such as HighLevel, DocuSign, YouTube, and LinkedIn, follow their own policies.
2. Information we collect
What you give us
- Early-access and contact forms: the details you enter, such as your email address. The Google Sheets campaign form asks only for an email address.
- Booking a call: the details the booking form asks for, such as name, email, phone number, company, and the time you choose.
- Emails to us: whatever you send to support@lcbridge.app or another LC Bridge address.
What is collected automatically
- Visit details: pages viewed, time of the visit, referring website, browser and device type, and IP address.
- Cookies and similar identifiers set by RB2B, Meta and Google Analytics, described in section 4.
What outside services tell us about you
- RB2B visitor identification: when RB2B can match a visit, it gives us professional profile information. For visitors in the United States this can include name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile URL, business email address, and approximate location. For other visitors it is usually only company details such as company name, website, industry, size, and estimated revenue. RB2B builds these matches from its own data and its identity partners.
We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or government ID on this website. Please do not send CRM tokens or customer data through website forms.
3. How we use information
- Replying to you: answering questions, arranging calls, and managing early-access requests you submit.
- Business follow-up: contacting businesses whose visit RB2B identified, by business email or LinkedIn, about the LC Bridge products they looked at. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- Advertising: measuring which Meta ads bring visitors and early-access requests, improving how those ads are delivered, and showing our ads to people who visited the campaign page.
- Running the website: understanding which pages are useful, fixing problems, and keeping the site secure.
- Legal duties: keeping records the law requires and responding to lawful requests.
4. Tracking tools and outside services
| Service | Where it runs | What it does | How to stop it |
|---|---|---|---|
| RB2B visitor identification | Every page, loaded by default | Uses cookies, your IP address, and identity partners to match a visit to a business profile (see section 2), and records the pages visited. | Keep analytics off, or a Global Privacy Control signal |
| Meta pixel Meta Platforms | The Google Sheets campaign page only, loaded by default | Records that the page was viewed, a template link was clicked, and an early-access request was sent. We do not send your email address or form answers to Meta. Meta may set cookies and link the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. | Keep analytics off, a Global Privacy Control signal, or your Meta ad settings |
| Google Analytics | Every page, loaded by default | Counts page views and clicks on buttons such as Install, Get early access and Book a call. We strip query strings and do not send names, emails or form answers. Advertising features are off. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland it sets no cookies until you choose Allow analytics. | Keep analytics off, or a Global Privacy Control signal |
| HighLevel / LeadConnector | Contact forms, booking calendars, and the campaign-page form | Receives and stores what you submit, plus technical data needed to deliver the form. | Don't submit the form |
| YouTube privacy-enhanced mode | Product demo videos | Loads only when you press play. YouTube may then set cookies. | Don't play the video |
| GitHub Pages | Website hosting | Receives your IP address and request details to serve pages and protect the service. | Needed to deliver the site |
Choosing Keep analytics off is saved in your browser. It applies to later pages and visits from that browser, and stops if you clear site data. Browser tracking protection and ad blockers may also block these tools.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the services in section 4, which act for us or provide the feature you use, and with professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it. If LC Bridge is involved in a merger or sale, the new owner would have to honour this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under California and some other US state laws, letting RB2B and Meta collect visit data for identification and advertising may count as a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out as described in section 7.
6. How long we keep information
- Form submissions, bookings, and emails: while we are talking with you, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
- RB2B profiles: kept in our RB2B account while we use the service, and deleted when you ask us or when we stop using RB2B.
- Meta and other providers: kept under their own retention rules, which we don't control.
7. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of sale or sharing: open Your privacy choices in the footer and choose Keep analytics off. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
- Stop marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
- Access, correct, or delete: ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it, including any RB2B profile about you.
Email support@lcbridge.app with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us the email address or company involved so we can find your records. We may need to confirm the request is yours. We respond within 45 days, and you can use an authorised agent. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also object to or restrict processing, ask for a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Where information is processed
LC Bridge and the services in section 4 process information in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules from where you live.
9. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS, and access to the tools that hold visitor and form data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information through website forms.
10. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our website practices change and show the new effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will also tell affected people where we can.
